And, yes, that Fudge Pie recipe
6 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
1 ½ cups butter
6 large eggs
3 ¾ cups sugar
¾ cup milk
2 pie crusts
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place chocolate and butter in a bowl, cover with a paper towel, and microwave until almost melted, about 2 minutes. Stir until the chocolate and butter finish melting and add the sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk the eggs lightly and add them to the chocolate mixture, combining well. Pour chocolate mixture into two pie crusts. Bake just until the pie filling is set, about 40 minutes. Cool on a rack for at least 30 minutes. Delicious with whipped cream or vanilla cream!
